I'm thinking of being a silent Pengu once the game comes out. Zen is a bit cheesey for a penguin game. Maybe make bountymaking only avalible if you got killed via PK in the last 2 hours?
I love guilds but maybe rename them? Leagues might be good.

How long you have been doing the targeted skill?
I have been the Item,NPC, Quest, Spell, Dialouge, and Partially Mapper for a total of 2 games, of which closed. In total, the time was about 2-4 weeks. However, I have also downladed the XW program and attempted to make a game. I fiddled it around for 3months+.

Hours you have free per week to work on Pengu?
I don't know, but I promise it'll be alot

I know everything there is to know about creating balanced NPCs, balanced weapons to destroy the NPCs and balanced skills to assist Pengu's on their journey.

Yes, I have played games since the beginning of mankind. At least 2 weeks I have spent on each game:
-Global Agenda
-World of Warcraft
-Dekaron
-Grand Chase
-Ragnarok
-Maple Story
-Aion
-Lineage 2
and alot of browser based games.
Skill Specific-Well, I understand math and catch on to NPC's stats and make items that will fit perfectly in Pengu. As I said, I've had 3months and 2-4weeks of XW use XD.

Game Coder- Knowledge in VB6, Any other Languages can be stated, so we know your abilities.
Nope, not yet at least, just XW stuff. Maybe a little XW scrpting if I spent more time learning it though. Also, I understand english only so far.

Moderator- Good Social skills, Knowledge of how phpBB Forums work.
Mapper- 1+ solid years of practice (Preferred), and the ability to create balanced and effective maps.

I'm not sure if this is a question but here's my response.
Yah, I can keep close tabs on people, move the bad ones from the good ones, got lots of forum usage knowledge, and had made forums myself. In game, moderating is easy as creating another character to stalk the "suspicious one".
Mapping?: I can do a little mapping to extend some towns (if I get the town theme), but otherwise, my mapping isn't the type of where you give me 5 minutes and I got a booming map. It takes more than that.

Suggested Rules

10. No afk training of any type, this includes doing something else (not Pengu onlineish)while your character gains exp. However, leeches are probably allowed.

11. No scamming other players. This includes begging for items, asking for rents, and using /playertrade [playername] abusevly

12. No dual clienting (even though settings are set to no dual clients, just to make sure).

13. No killing weak players in PK (player killing) zones continuosly for no reason.
